PLEASE NOTE:

When ordering online you will not receive paper tickets. If you have registered for a paid event, you will receive two confirmation emails: one from the payment processor, either PayPal, or Google Checkout, and the other from Eventbrite on behalf of Upper Room.

On the day of performance, you must bring EITHER a print out of your confirmation page/email OR a proof of Identification (Credit Card or Drivers License) in order to pick up your tickets at the box office.
